24ml White Oat Chilli Mango Gin
12ml Chalong Bay Lemongrass Cane Spirit
21ml Coconut & Lime Leaf Lillet Blanc
14ml Suze
8ml House Salted Thai Mango Puree
6ml Fresh Lime Juice

METHOD
Stir over ice 30 seconds (~20ml dilution)
Strain over fresh clear cubes
Garnish: Expressed kaffir lime leaf, chilli salt, Thai bullet chilli

Chilli mango heat, Lemongrass lift, Gentian bitter finish.

To get to Little Collins Street in Melbourne via public transport, you can take the train and alight at Flinders Street Station. From there, walk towards Elizabeth Street and turn right. Walk for about 5-10 minutes until you reach Little Collins Street.

If you prefer to drive, you can park your car at the Wilson Parking lot located at the corner of Flinders Lane and Williams Street. From there, walk towards William Street and turn left onto Little Collins Street. Magic Mountain Saloon is located on this street.
