Hello My Loves,
I have not been caking and posting for nearly a year now (where has that time gone?). As if dealing with all the craziness in the world atm isn’t enough we decided last year to sell our house and then bought land to build on.
At the end of the year we moved into my in laws house with them while we waited or our house to be built.
What we thought would be roughly a year process (we have never built before 🤷🏼♀️) has taken even longer, like everything because of covid!!
While we have been not in our own house I have not been able to cake which has added to the feeling of being lost. I recently however have found a new hobby which I am hoping to build into a side business, using my creativity and love of design I am venturing into the indIvidually handmade POLYMER CLAY EARRINGS world!! Inspired by my 2 beautiful girls LillilahClay has been formed.
I am not saying goodby to caking, it is just on hold until everything else in life settles and we have our house etc.

Things have been very quiet on the baking front due to COVID but that has also allowed me to concentrate on home learning with my 2 bigger kids and entertaining my toddler and to add to that we are moving house so I’ve been packing every spare minute.
So instead of baking I’ve taken to online shopping 😬 and building my baking supplies even more so I can continue to deliver new designs and styles to you. I was
soooo excited to get this delivery today. Thanks so much Sweetly Impressed I cant wait to use them!

I can not take all the credit for this one.... My 12 year old son decided he wanted to make this for his friends birthday and we dropped it at her doorstep this morning to brighten her iso birthday up.
I think I might have found my apprentice, I just have to learn to let go more 😬. We both learnt something making this beauty. ❤️

They are few and far between now days with the impact of covid 19 affecting poor kids birthdays. But even in ISO what else is there to do on your birthday than to eat cake!
I love that Sonic is popular again, it bought back lots of memories playing this game when I was growing up.

What a great way to advertise your business and get your name out there, especially in these hard times who doesn’t like a cookie and what a way to remember your company.
Each cookie comes individually wrapped all you have to do is hand them out and try not to eat them all! 😀

If you are traveling to Croydon in Melbourne and want to visit a dessert shop or dessert restaurant, there are different options depending on your preference:
Public transport:
- You can take the train from Melbourne CBD to Croydon station. From there, you can walk south along Wicklow Avenue for about 5-10 minutes until you reach Maroondah Highway. Turn left onto Maroondah Highway and you should be able to see the dessert shop/restaurant on your right.
Driving/Parking:
- If you're driving from Melbourne CBD, take the Eastern Freeway (M3) and exit at Springvale Road, then turn left onto Springvale Road. After about 5km, turn right onto Maroondah Highway and continue for approximately 7km. You should be able to see the dessert shop/restaurant on your right.
- There is parking available on both sides of Maroondah Highway, but make sure to check for any parking restrictions before leaving your car.
