Your Responsibilities:
✅ Welcoming and seating guests with a warm smile
✅ Managing bookings and reservations
✅ Answering phone calls and customer enquiries
✅ Handling takeaway and online orders
✅ Processing payments and operating POS systems
✅ Assisting with customer service and resolving enquiries professionally
✅ Coordinating with kitchen and floor staff to ensure smooth operations
✅ Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the reception area
✅ Supporting marketing and social media activities (optional but advantageous)
What We're Looking For:
