We are delighted that our annual Truffle Dinner will return to The Stables this winter.

This dinner is a celebration of the of umami-packed truffles that are synonymous with winter luxury around the globe. Our truffles are provided by Adrian Utter who is a local farmer, vigneron, agricultural scientist, agronomist and all-round great guy whose truffles have graced our menus for years. Working closely with Adrian, head chef, Aimee Pratesi has designed an incredible menu that showcases the best of Adrian’s tireless work as well as celebrating the producers of our beautiful region.

To get to the restaurant located on Street Huberts Road in Coldstream, there are a few options for transportation.

For those using public transport, catch a train to Lilydale Station and then take the bus towards Yarra Glen. Get off at the stop closest to Street Huberts Road and walk around 10 minutes to reach your destination.

If driving, take the Eastern Freeway and exit onto Maroondah Highway, continue along this road until you reach Coldstream. Turn onto Street Huberts Road and follow it until you find a suitable parking spot near the restaurant.

There is some on-street parking available near the restaurant, as well as a car park just down the street. However, during peak hours it may be difficult to find a spot, so arrive early if possible.
