After an incredible journey with the Dandenong Club, its time to say farewell to one of our all time greats.
Gary Kelly has informed us that his time representing the Dandenong Club has come to an end as he embarks on a new chapter with another club.
Gary has been part of our BPL journey since our very first campaign in 2019 and has played a pivotal role in shaping the success we have enjoyed over the years.
His achievements speak for themselves:
🏆 244 BPL games
🏆 BPL MVP - BPL 19
🏆 All star team selection - BPL 16 and BPL 19
🏆 3 BPL premierships - BPL 15,16,19
Gary has also proudly represented the Dandenong Club in the UBC and VBL competitions and was instrumental in our victory at the inaugural UBC tournament at Warilla Bowling Club in 2019.
While his achievements on the green have been remarkable, its the friendships he has built and the respect he has earned that will leave the greatest legacy. Gary has become a close friend to so many of us at the club, and his presence will certainly be missed.
On behalf of everyone at the Dandenong Club, thank you for your dedication, commitment, and countless memorable moments. We wish you every success in the next stage of your bowling career and in life beyond the green.

This Friday June 26th at 12 midday, we’re showing Australia v Paraguay LIVE on the big screen. Come down, wear your green and gold, and cheer on the Socceroos as they fight for a spot in the next round of the World Cup.

Legends on Stage brings you two incredible performers – Paul Hogan and Sean Luke Spiteri – as they transform into six of the greatest music legends of all time.
Here’s what you’ll experience on the night:
Paul Hogan becomes:
• Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons – soaring falsettos and classic hits
• Michael Bublé – smooth, soulful swing
• Robbie Williams – cheeky charm and big anthems
Sean Luke Spiteri channels:
• John Lennon – timeless songs from a rock ’n’ roll visionary
• Tom Jones – powerhouse vocals and pure charisma
• Elvis Presley – the King, live on stage in all his glory
