Did you know our tortillas are made using a traditional method dating back to over 3,000 years ago!?
Nixtamalisation is a traditional method where the corn kernels are soaked in an alkaline corn solution overnight, before being ground over volcanic stones in a molino, turned into masa (corn dough) and then rolled and cooked into tortillas?
We are only one of a small handful of restaurants in Australia using this process. It's time consuming but well worth it to have the full experience of a taco from Mexico.

Made with chilli's grown in the unconquered mountain region of Oaxaca, Sierra Mixe. Always pouring, come and ask our staff for a dram.

Did you know that we have a private dining room downstairs?!
We wanted this room to feel completely different to the retro diner style upstairs, so we leant into making it feel like a moody hacienda.
This room is available for large groups up to 22 people. Find out more by sending us an email to [email protected] or visiting our website.
