Grind rule number one. Match your grind to your brew. Coarse for plunger, medium for filter, fine for espresso and your coffee will instantly taste better.
If your coffee tastes bitter your grind is probably too fine. If it tastes sour it is likely too coarse. Tiny adjustments on your grinder can completely change the flavour.
We grind your coffee to your specific equipment type, both instore and for online orders.

We are so in love with this new mural from local artist Rory Lynch Wells.
Just down the road, opposite Windsor Station, this new piece is inspired by six years of living on the Windsor Prahran border, shooting hoops on the local courts and nights at the Astor Theatre.
It even sits on the same wall as Rory’s first ever mural from 2018, now refreshed with a new story and a very on point message, paint fades, friendships do not.
Next time you are heading to or from Ciscos Coffee at 106 Chapel St, take the extra two minute stroll to 22 Chapel Street, snap a pic and tag Rory to show some neighbourhood love.

If your taste buds love a bit of sweetness this Guatemalan coffee from the Santa Rosa region is your new crush.
Grown at high altitude, where diverse microclimates and mineral rich volcanic soils shape the cup, this single origin offers remarkable clarity. Expect a full bodied coffee with milk chocolate, caramel sweetness and ripe stone fruits, lifted by gentle citrus brightness and a smooth, clean finish. Ideal for espresso, stove top and filter.
