Last Wednesday, we visited the L’Oréal office in St Kilda for their internal event celebrating the newest launch of the Effaclar AZ Gel Cream.

We had the pleasure of serving our matcha drinks, and we’re so happy to hear that many people enjoyed them. Moments like this make all the effort worthwhile.

Closing time

Every evening, we reset everything and close the shop.
It may seem like a simple routine, but even the most ordinary things deserve a moment of reflection.

Why do we put in the effort to clean and tidy up, even though we’ll use it all again tomorrow?

Just like we start our day with a morning ritual and end it with a shower to reset ourselves, maybe this space needs the same.
A quiet way of saying, “You did well today. Let’s try again tomorrow.”

A croffle is made by pressing croissant dough in a waffle maker. The outside is crispy and the inside is soft and flaky.

This one is coated in rich matcha, which adds a slightly chewy texture and a deep, earthy flavor. The texture is everything, with a mix of crunchiness, chewiness, and just the right amount of gooey softness.

If you love matcha, this one is calling your name. Sweet, bold, and kind of addictive. You should give it a try!

The chilly weather eased up a bit during the day and a lot of people were sitting outside enjoying the sun. Thanks to that, we were busy scooping and refilling ice again and again. It’s been a while 😂

We had a sudden rush and ended up running out of ingredients for our cream. So tomorrow morning, we might not have enough ready. As soon as the milk delivery arrives, we’ll get started right away and try to have everything prepared as quickly as we can.
