To reach Spring Square in Hallam, one can take the Pakenham train from Flinders Street Station and get off at Hallam Station. From there it's a short walk to the shopping center.
Alternatively, one can drive down Princes Highway and turn onto Spring Square. There is a parking lot available for those driving.
Once inside the shopping center, Cha's Cabin can be found on the upper level near the food court area.
