Pho restaurants are known for their delicious and comforting bowls of Vietnamese noodle soup, and Pho Victoria on Victoria Street in Melbourne is no exception. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, Pho Victoria has continued to serve their loyal customers with take-away options and even announced plans to start catering soon.
Their dedication to serving their community is evident in their social media posts, where they have offered discounts during lockdowns and encouraged customers to support local businesses. And when they had to temporarily close for renovations, they apologized for any inconvenience and continued to offer take-away orders.
But what really sets Pho Victoria apart is the quality of their food. Their pho broth is rich and flavorful, with tender slices of beef or chicken and fresh herbs. They also offer a variety of other Vietnamese dishes like banh mi sandwiches and rice paper rolls that are equally delicious.
