Say hello to our Mega Choc blend. As the name suggests, you can expect a rich blend of dark chocolate, velvety caramel, the nutty essence of roasted almonds, and a sweet touch of dried apricot. This unique combination is derived from a careful selection of beans from two distinct regions. The majority, 65%, hails from the lush landscapes of Brazil, specifically the IPE Amarelo, while the remaining 35% is sourced from Columbia, Belen de Umbria. As for the coffee varieties, we bring together the Yellow Bourbon, Caturra, and Castillo beans, each contributing to the intricate flavor profile. To achieve this harmonious balance, we employ both the natural and washed processing methods, resulting in a coffee that's truly exceptional.
