The recipes you loved to eat at our Cafe's and meal delivery service are now in a COOKBOOK! And it's now available for PRE-ORDER! 🎉
Our co-founder has created this beautiful cookbook filled with over 100 Low FODMAP recipes! These recipes are a mixture of dishes we have served over the years and also has some new ones in there too!
All the recipes are simple and easy to make at home with everyday ingredients and also have a focus on batch cooking so you always have something on hand to eat!
As always, the recipes can be adapted to Gluten Free (if they aren't already) and also can be made Dairy Free, Soy Free and options for Egg Free.

Our Thai Green Chicken Curry is now available in over 500 Coles locations nationwide!
Last month we had some pretty upsetting and difficult news to share as we had been forced to shutter our entire production operation due to staffing issues. And unfortunately that hasn't been resolved as we were forced to give up the lease on our manufacturing facility.
We had been speaking with Coles about the potential to range some of our meals in their freezer and, after finding a local manufacturing partner, Coles have agreed to trial our Thai Green Chicken Curry in over 500 stores around the country. You can find the full list of stores on our website www.foddies.com.au
To the best of our knowledge, this is the first time a dedicated Low FODMAP brand has been ranged in the freezer section of one of the major supermarkets in the country, so this is hugely exciting news for us and also for the larger LoFo community.
Coles have been great in giving us an opportunity to demonstrate the need for options for people like us.
They are interested in the potential to bring in more products, but, the commercial reality is that they will need to see demonstrated sales results before they agree to increase the range to either more stores or more products. So, with your help, we hope to show Coles that LoFo is here to stay and we deserve a permanent spot in their freezer (and elsewhere!).
Before we shut down, we had close to 40 different products available across both the frozen (meals and desserts) and ambient (sauces, spices and mixes) categories and if all goes well with this product we are both hopeful and committed to bringing back the entire range.
We said in our last update that our story wasn't yet over, and we would continue to work towards our vision of changing the world for people with food allergies and intolerances. And with your help we will continue to do just that.

We have one week left at our factory before our lease is up so we've launched a final clearance sale with at least 50% off all our remaining stock!
Our last delivery day will be Thursday, June 29th, so all orders must be in by Wednesday, June 28th, to be delivered the following day.
Our stock levels are running really low so be sure to get your orders in early to avoid missing out.

We wanted to remind you all that our factory will be closing for good on 30 June. There are only two weeks left to jump onto our online store and place orders for delivery before then.

We have loved feeding you all over the past 9 years.
We still have some stock remaining so please, jump online and grab the last of what's left. We still have some frozen meals, desserts and spice mixes available and we would love to see them go to a good home.

To get to Camberwell Road in Camberwell by public transport, take the train or bus to Camberwell Station. From there, walk east towards Camberwell Road for about 10 minutes. Alternatively, take the tram and alight at Camberwell Junction and walk south.
If you are driving, take the CityLink and exit at Power Street towards Alexandra Avenue. Keep left and follow signs for the South Eastern Suburbs to merge onto Monash Freeway/State Route 1. Take the Burke Road exit towards Hawthorn/Camberwell and continue straight onto Burke Road until you reach Camberwell Road. Turn right into Camberwell Road and find parking on the street or in one of the nearby car parks.
