To All Our Customers & Friends,

On behalf of our family & staff we would like to thank you for all of your kindness and support this year, especially the last 6 weeks with my dads passing. Your cards, flowers, hugs & chats had made it easier to come into work each day.

We live in one of the most amazing communities. I love you Westgarth.

We understand that it has been a
challenging year for everyone and we are
extremely grateful for your continuous support at the bakery.

We hope that you all get to take a moment to enjoy the break and spend time with your loved ones over the holidays.

The burial will follow at;
NORTHERN MEMORIAL PARK FAWKNER
56 Box Forest Road, Glenroy 3046

church hall in Northcote after the burial for
refreshments.

Happy International Women’s Day

Today we celebrate, acknowledge and most definitely thank all the amazing women that make our bakery the best place to work.

The dedication, the hard work and all the laughs. I thank you all.

Sally - My ever so amazing wife - who does much behind the scenes to keep all the day to day operations move ever so smoothly.
Jenny - My 7th best friend - Jenny’s love and laughter makes coming into work each day so easy. Not only I get to work with my 7th best friend, but my favourite sister.
Mum - No words can describe how amazing you are - your tenacious work ethic is second to none. Thank you ❤️
Nanna Joy - Your happiness and laugh is so infectious

Happy International Women’s Day to the women who make our bakery move forward each day with so much love, dedication & always laughs. My beautiful wife Sally - who does so much for our young family & business - the epitome of strength & resilience, my truly amazing mother & best friend Vasiliki, my 7th best friend Jenny who makes coming to work everyday so much easier with her positive energy, laughter & the most beautiful smile. Not featured in the photos Antonia, Amelia, Giulia & Joy - today and everyday we celebrate you all for being the absolute strength in our bakery. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for being so amazing everyday & its a pleasure to work with you all.

Unfortunately one of our staff members has tested positive for Covid-19. All staff have been tested and are isolating.

We are awaiting further instructions from the DHHS and the store will undergo a thorough deep clean.

The positive staff member is ok at home with mild symptoms.

If you have any symptoms, you should get tested to be safe.

All staff & family members of positive case have been tested and all test results are negative.
Everyone is isolating as per our Covid Safe Plan.
We are planning to reopen Friday 19/11 @ 5am

Here come the Buns!!!

We will be baking fresh Hot Cross Buns from 5am Good Friday.

Easter Trading Hours:
Good Friday - 5:00 - 12 noon
Easter Saturday - 6:30 - 12 noon
Easter Sunday & Monday - Closed

Come down and grab some Hot Cross Buns & a Coffee.

My favourite Baker’s assistant, Leo will be taking phone orders for pick up all morning. Call him on 9481 8445.

Don’t forget to enter our Easter Raffle in the morning, all proceeds going to the Royal Children’s Hospital Drawn at 10am.

Covid-19 has caused so much heartache, frustration and division however it has also made many of us appreciate our communities, local businesses and neighbours so much more.

Phil’s Bakehouse has always been a place for everyone and it is an honour to serve our community.

Today, we're celebrating the many unsung, unassuming, unpaid stalwarts of Victoria, who, in acts of random kindness, helped Victorians muddle their way through the coronavirus lockdown.
