Our business is pubs, so we know what's good for the old dame.

We'll be back — same bones, looked after the way they should be.

The fireplaces will still roar. The Guinness will still settle the way it should.

She'll be restored to her former glory.

Last drinks, May 31. See you soon.

This is the one you've been waiting for.

Join us on May 31 for last drinks.

There will be DJs all day, we'll be killing whatever kegs are left, a sausage sizzle to fill your belly and keep your eyes peeled for the first sneak peek at our renos.

See you soon.

These are the dates you need to know before the big day.

It's our shout for your mate.

Catch up with a mate this May 8 and their drink is on us, because we all need a friend sometimes.

Just show us this post at the bar and we'll shout your mate a pint of Guinness, Stone & Wood or house wine with purchase. One shout per pair of mates.

Cheers.

We're not closing. We're renovating.

That means we'll have to close our doors for a little while.

Not forever, just long enough to do it properly.

Last drinks are May 31.

See you soon.

The beer garden’s waiting.

Grab a table, order a round, let the afternoon stretch out.

One drink turns into a few, a few turns into dinner.

That’s the plan.

It’s a bad afternoon to be a Windsor Pils.

We asked for an old-world pilsner — sharp hops, firm bitterness, perfectly moreish. Something made for summer sessions and kicking off a meal the right way. Our mates nailed it.

Windsor Pils. On tap now.

Wagyu rump, a Yorkshire pudding, all the trimmings.
Match it with a Guinness and let Sunday roll on.

The Windsor Castle has been around a while.

But it's only been a year since the took on her stewardship.

In that time, we’ve brewed our own Windsor Pils with the good folks at .

We’ve welcomed regulars back, time and time again.

We rolled out the white tablecloths in the dining room, elevating the space.

And the work continues to bring The Windsor Castle Hotel forward in time.

Keeping her every bit as warm, as inviting and familiar as she's ever been.

But sanding back those edges to restore what's been lost.

We invite you to come along with us on that journey.

One year in. Many more ahead. Cheers to that.

It's a proper pub.

The first dates that turned into more.

The birthdays long forgotten.

The casual after-work drinks.

Catch up with old mates, and new.

The pub’s seen its share.

The Windsor Castle.

Much the same as ever.
