One of the Yarra Valley's most anticipated winter harvests has arrived.

Head Chef Steve Scambler has built the night's menu around prized Black Winter Truffles, bringing together seasonal produce and wines from across the Yarra Valley.
Throughout the evening, Steve will share the inspiration behind the dishes and the decade-long partnership with Stuart Dunbar of Yarra Valley Truffles that has helped shape the menu.
Guests will be welcomed with roaming canapés and Chandon sparkling wine as Stuart shares stories from more than 20 years of growing and harvesting truffles in the Yarra Valley, giving guests a rare opportunity to hear directly from the grower.
You'll then enjoy two truffle-led courses, each paired with a Yarra Valley wine, before finishing at Chef Darcy's dessert bar with house-made truffle ice cream and a chocolate fountain.
Fresh Black Winter Truffles will also be available to purchase on the night.

Directions to Heritage Avenue in Melbourne can be reached by public transport or driving. If traveling by public transport, take the train to Lilydale Station and then catch bus number 685 to the Yarra Valley Lodge. Alternatively, if you are driving, take the Eastern Freeway towards Ringwood and then exit onto Maroondah Highway. Follow this road until you reach Heritage Avenue where you can park your car at the designated parking area.
