Have you experienced our Punjabi village-style Saag dish, which has been on the menu every day since opening? Superb flavours and creamy texture.
This dish takes time to prepare, with mustard leaves simmering overnight with fenugreek leaves, spinach, garlic, ginger and green chilli.
Indian saag takes "greens" to the next level. A well loved vegetarian dish across India.☀️

Bhang Chicken features boneless chicken w/ spices & crushed, roasted h**p seeds (medium hot). This dish pays homage to the great h**p seeds - they are so rich & nutty. Widely used in the North Indian scenic regions of Himachal, Uttarakhand & beyond. (Note, h**p seeds are not the same as bhang!) 🔥
