August is National Wellness Month — a reminder to think about what it really means to look after ourselves.

Our new Tex Mex Wellness Meal is proof that healthy and flavour-packed can share a plate. This one has familiar flavours - paprika and cumin-flavoured free-range chicken tenders with a creamy sweet potato mash. But the heart of this dish is our rich pepperonata of tomato, capsicum, black beans and aromatic spices. It is absolutely delicious and brings the dish together so nicely.
