W**e and Wildlife is back this weekend at the Healesville Sanctuary. The team are excited to be bringing our wonderful dishes to such a beautiful part of Victoria. The best part about this is, that I get to work right next to the Lyrebird enclosure and I can hear him singing all day. The best of the Yarra Valley will be showcasing their wonderful produce, cheeses and w**es this weekend and we will be there to offer freshly cooked steaming hot paella. See you all there. Bring the gum boots!!!
