Occasionally there comes along a rather “Challenging” client. This particular client I have persevered with for 18 years….. they are often very set in what they want and have a preconceived idea of exactly how the cake should look. There has even been times when they think they should come along and help me. And of course statements of “I can make that!” What do you expect when they have grown up in a household of cake!
