Running a small business is tough but rewarding at the same time. Some days I feel very motivated and inspired but some other days lonely and concerned. But over the years I learnt that it will be all ok if you just keep the fire inside burning, commit to jobs and treat everyone with big love, leaning towards your supports and communities then everything seems to make a lot more sense and easier. Thank you for your patronage and thank you my team, today I am. X

We are thrilled to be hosting a special wine dinner with China’s finest XiGe estate wine on Friday March the 13th. Lead by the wonderful as Xi Ge’s first Australian tour, this one night only event will be prepared by Shu’s Sichuan inspired 5 course which is thoughtfully paired with the latest release from the estate.
Founded in 2017 by visionary winemaker Zhang Yanzhi, XigeEstate is widely regarded as a pioneer of China’s modern fine-wine movement. While the winery itself is a striking, state-of-the-art landmark, its true strength lies in the vineyards: Xigefarms over 1,300 hectares in the Helan Mountain East Foothills, including rare parcels planted as early as 1997.
Â
In a region defined by dramatic continental conditions, older vines are exceptionally scarce—bringing natural structure, detail and depth to wines celebrated for their freshness, finesse and precision.
Beside the one off surprising menu, guests will enjoy a rare opportunity to hear the story of Ningxia firsthand, explore the region’s unique terroir, and taste Xige’s latest releases—including the official Australian debut of the 2021 vintage, headlined by the Xige Jade Dove Single Vineyard Cabernet Gernischt 2021.
Please head to the link to book your table and get involved with one of the most anticipated wine making force of the era.
