To our Valued Customers,

As many of you are aware there is an industry wide issue with supply and quality of potatoes.

Unfortunately our suppliers are experiencing major issues with the quality of our supplied chips and expect this to be an ongoing issue for the short term.

We never want to compromise the quality of our products however have sourced a temporary alternative until supply and quality issues are resolved. Whilst this isn’t at our usual level of quality we like to provide it is an alternative for the time being.

We will continue to source alternative options of chips at the best quality we can find and hope the issues are resolved as soon as possible.

Thank you for your continued loyalty, patience and understanding. Wishing you and your families a Merry Christmas and a happy and safe holiday period.

From all the staff at Grand Blvd Fish n Chips, we would love to thank each one of you for all the support and kind gestures we have received throughout these difficult and uncertain times. We strive our best to keep the community, staff and customers safe with our high standards of cleaning and food preparation.
Unfortunately due to our suppliers raising the costs of products and our inability to continue absorbing those costs we are left with no choice but to raise the prices on most of our items. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause however it is always our intention to ensure we keep providing the community with the highest quality of seafood.

To our wonderful customers;

In response to the recent restrictions put in place by the Government in regards to COVID-19 we will only be open for take away orders.

During this time we will restrict the number of customers in our shop to comply with restrictions and would appreciate orders be made over the phone rather than in store. If you are coming in to place an order we respectfully ask that you wait outside whilst we prepare your food.

We are also happy for you to call us when you have arrived and once ready we are willing to bring your order out to your car for you.

We will also be introducing in the coming days eftpos contactless payment to limit the handling of cash by our team and are currently in the process of exploring our options for temporary local delivery services on a Friday/Saturday evening to help keep our community safe.

We have increased our already thorough cleaning and hygiene in store with additional cleaning of surfaces and equipment and have hand sanitiser available on the counter for you to use.

The health and safety of our customers and team is our highest priority and your cooperation and understanding is much appreciated whilst we navigate our way to make necessary changes to keep our business running and our community safe in an ever changing environment.

We wish to take this opportunity to also thank you for your ongoing support over the last 7 years and especially during this period of uncertainty. We’re proud to be part of this community and hope everyone keeps safe and healthy.
