Our AGED experience this season is defined by smoked Reserva Ocho.
The rum is gently smoked before being infused into our signature beef-dripping butter, which encases each cut as it rests. Notes of oak and spice bring depth and complexity, enhancing the natural richness of the beef.
Finished on the char-grill, the earthy notes are carried into the crust without sacrificing tenderness.

To get to the intersection of Riversdale Road and Auburn Road in Hawthorn East, you can take tram number 75 from Flinders Street Station and get off at the stop called "Auburn Village". Alternatively, you can take the Belgrave or Lilydale train line to Auburn Station and walk about 10 minutes south along Auburn Road.
For those driving, there is some street parking available on Riversdale Road and surrounding streets, as well as several paid parking lots nearby.
