WEEK 41 ALMOST BACK TO NORMAL
#1 A delicious margarita based on fresh kiwi and kaffir lime. Slightly smokey finish with a dash of mezcal, a tropical tone easy drinking choice.
#2 A twist of a classic jungle bird, scotch whisky instead of dark rum and salted banana to replace the pineapple. A bitter/sweet beverage with heaps of texture and a nice herbacious finish.
#3 Another twist of classic Aviation, with gin, luxardo cherry, fresh kiwi and a dash of violet liquor. Floral, subtle freshness all in one glass.

WEEK 40 CARRY ON AND BRING YOUR KEEP CUP
#1 A delicious, light heat margarita with tropical pineapple flavour, citrus notes brought by some Sichuan pepper and a dash of green chartreuse for an herbatious finish.
#2 Tasty dark rum highball with red wine and our homemade blood orange and ginger mix. Will remind you Christmas.
#3 Gin sour with our fresh pineapple and a good dose of aperol to bring complexity and a light bitter finish. Definitely our team favourite!

Hey folks, our brave oven is at the gym for maintenance until next week. We've pulled out the old school sandwich press to keep up.
We'll have a reduced selection of toasties in order to maintain the speed and quality of service until then.
Come say hi though, our coffee machine is running and cups are tasty!

WEEK 39, WE ARE BACK...AGAIN!
Evening bar opening Friday & Saturday 3.30-7.30pm at our window.
Featuring our seasonal fruity cocktails AND foooooood!
#1 Gin highball with bitter sweet Suze aperitif, fresh passionfruit and tangelo. Light, easy and fruity!
#2 Ginger and mint Margarita! Fresh, spicy, grassy and earthy. All the gooey feeling in the most classic tequila cocktail!
#3 A nice twisted whisky sour with passionfruit, tangelo citrus and amaretto. Fruity and rich with subtle almond finish.
Hearty pork meatball sub loaded with fresh basil & grated Parmesan. Vegetarian fried king oyster mushroom sub also available!

KEEPING WEEK 32'S SPIRIT HIGH IN KEEP CUPS!
#1 Gin highball with fresh grapefruit & Jalepenos, wintery mix of seasonal fruits from north western Victoria. Bitter, floral with a spicy finish- yum.
#2 Sichuan pepper from our neighbour making this soft style margarita citrusy & herbatious, paired with the beautiful texture of fresh pear.
#3 Old fashion, classic rum & pear combo, red wine making it mulled wine mood.

WEEK 31 STRONG!
#1 A fresh citrusy margarita with a good dose of bitterness, floral end notes with bergamot, featuring Earl grey and grapefruit.
#2 A gingery highball based on white rum, punchy & fruity with an anise flavour lingering at the end of your sips.
#3 A winter favourite for someone who loves a punchy mulled wine profile, with an extra kick of tropical flavour; banana & chai scotch sour and red wine.

WEEK 30
#1 A fresh margarita with heaps of citrus from the triple sec and the kaffir lime leaf infusion. It is then mixed with homemade kiwi fruit.
#2 A subtle highball based on gin, fresh imperial mandarin and jalepeño chili. Expect a powerful citrus drink with a nice green chili flavour.
#3 A rich and delicious dark rum sour blended with our fresh salted banana purée and a subtle touch of amaretto. Perfect for a winter day!

WEEK 27
#1: We've selected some well ripe Tangelos, a hybrid variety of tangerine and Pomelo, and juiced those to make a delicious margarita. We add a bit of Suze bitter aperitif to bring complexity and an herbal touch.
#2: A tropical, yet botanical highball made of gin, fresh pineapple and some Fino Sherry. It gives a nice dry/oxidise finish to this drink.
#3: Our own version of the classic "Jungle Bird" with a blend of rum, Campari, fresh pineapple, Angostura bitter and a dash of Absinthe.
