Recently, I’ve received some criticism about being particular with ingredients and food choices🥲.
However, if you understand where I come from—my hometown of Guangzhou in Canton—you may better appreciate the reasons behind my perspective😜.
Here’s a short and engaging English introduction to Guangzhou, shared by a well-known personality🥳

I feel deeply grateful🪷 to have shared a tea tasting experience with Year 7–10 students—gently introducing how high-quality tea can quiet the mind, support focus, and bring a sense of balance to their study.
You are warmly invited to bring this experience into your own space—be it an office, a family gathering, or a special celebration. Through the art of tea, we slow down, reconnect, and return to a more present and aware way of being🌈.

Today is the Dragon Boat Festival 🛶🥳✌️
Eating zongzi (sticky rice dumplings) during the Dragon Boat Festival originated over 2,000 years ago to commemorate Qu Yuan, a patriotic poet who drowned himself in a river. Locals threw rice into the water to distract fish from his body, a tradition that evolved into this beloved, leaf-wrapped treat eaten to symbolize remembrance.
👨👩👧👦Family and Heritage: Making and eating zongzi represents unity. The intricate folding, wrapping, and tying process is a shared family activity, and the dumplings are frequently exchanged as gifts between relatives and friends❤️
🫖Tea is always the perfect companion while savoring Dragon Boat sticky rice.
