Our new Chilli Basil Chicken has officially landed on the menu, and it's ready to deliver.
We take tender strips of sautéed chicken and toss them with a fragrant mix of ginger, garlic, and a colourful trio of crisp peppers. The whole dish is glazed in a rich, savoury aged soy reduction, finished with an abundance of fresh, aromatic basil leaves, and served over a bed of fluffy steamed rice.
