Flour, eggs, skilled hands, and a little bit of love.
Our pasta is made fresh in-house, every day, because some things are worth doing the old-fashioned way.
Simple. Honest. Delicious. 🍝✨

Meet Rose ✨
Our small-but-mighty chef.
Rose moves effortlessly between the kitchen and the pastry section, with the same ease she brings to a shopping trip or a well-deserved massage. Always smiling, always curious, and never afraid to get her hands dirty.
Her favourite dish at Da Noi? Our squid ink tagliolini with prawns and burrata. And maybe that’s exactly why it’s the pasta she cooks best.
Passionate, talented, and full of heart, Rose reminds us every day that great things often come in small packages. ❤️

🥩 Simple ingredients. Honest flavours.
Grass-fed beef from the farm, silverbeet from the garden, and a delicate blueberry reduction bringing it all together.
No tricks, no fuss—just beautiful produce treated with care.
Simple. Seasonal. Delicious

🍷 The glasses are empty, but the memories linger.
A cork left on the table, the last drops enjoyed, conversations that stretched a little longer than planned.
The best tastings are never just about wine, they’re about the people, the stories, and the moments shared along the way.
Here’s to the evenings we wish would never end.

Beautiful ingredients don’t need much introduction.
From our Vitello Tonnato to today’s Kingfish, every dish begins with carefully sourced produce from farmers and growers we know and trust.
Seasonal, honest and prepared with the respect great ingredients deserve.
Simple, perhaps. Easy to forget, never.

If you’re not new here, chances are you’ve already met this smile.
Anis has been part of Da Noi for longer than most can remember, quietly keeping everything together behind the scenes. The kind of person every restaurant hopes to have and couldn’t function without.
And if you’re looking for something special to drink, he’s definitely the person to ask. Chances are he already has the perfect bottle in mind.

Some places are designed to impress. Others are made to make you feel at home.
Soft lights, old stories, the scent of something beautiful coming from the kitchen. A room that feels like Sunday lunch at Nonna’s, only a little more dressed up.
Take a seat, stay a while. We’ll take care of the rest.

Meet Shun, our Japanese pastry chef with the hands of an artist and the soul of a surfer. 🇯🇵🍰🏄♂️
He creates desserts that stop conversations for a second… and start new ones immediately after the first bite.
The fig dessert? Trust us. That’s the one. Friendly advice from people who have already fought over the last spoonful.
When Shun isn’t crafting sweet little masterpieces at Da Noi, you’ll probably find him chasing waves at the beach.
Though somehow, despite all the pastries in the world, he still can’t resist our aged salumi. Priorities. 🤌
Come try his desserts before the staff eats them all!

Meet Taiki. 🇯🇵🍝
A precious soul in our kitchen, where Japanese heart and Italian culture blend together beautifully.
He keeps the plates shining, survives the dinner chaos with a smile, and somehow always appears the moment dessert comes out.
His greatest loves? Tiramisu, spicy tortelli with ’nduja… and probably stealing a bite when nobody’s watching. 🌶️🍰
Every Italian kitchen needs passion, speed, and a tiny bit of sweet madness.
Luckily, we have Taiky.
