Planting for Generations
The best time to plant a tree was years ago. The second best time is today.
Every seedling planted across our farm is a promise to the future, a future where koalas, birds and native wildlife can move freely through restored bushland.
These trees won’t be fully grown tomorrow, but one day they’ll provide shade, shelter and life for generations to come.
Thank you, Landcare Australia and every volunteer, for helping us grow something far bigger than ourselves. 💚🌿

CORRIDOR OF HOPE 🤗
Every tree begins with a single pair of hands.
Together with Community & Farmers in Vic 🇦🇺 we’re planting more than native trees, we’re creating a living corridor that will reconnect habitats and give koalas and other native wildlife a safer place to move, feed and thrive.
Around one third of our farm is dedicated to this long-term vision. Because healthy land isn’t something we inherit, it’s something we leave behind.
Thank you to every volunteer who has brought their time, energy and passion to this project. 🌿🐨

Some celebrations deserve more than a table. They deserve a room that feels like home.
Welcome to The Loft Gallery : our intimate upstairs space, where candlelight, art, and the warmth of Italian hospitality come together around one table.
Perfect for gatherings of up to 10 guests, it’s a place for long conversations, shared plates, birthdays, anniversaries, or simply an evening worth remembering.
Planning something a little bigger? Our Giardino offers the same welcoming spirit in a beautiful indoor setting for up to 25–30 guests.
Every celebration has its own story. We’d be honoured to host yours.

Not every masterpiece begins on a plate.
Some begin with a pair of hands.
Hands that have learned patience.
Hands that honour tradition.
Hands that know that every precise cut is a promise of what is to come.
Before the flavours, before the fire, before the first bite…
there is craft.
And in that quiet moment, cooking becomes art.

Here he is, Pietro. 🌿
For everyone who has been asking about him… here he is, with his hat, his hardworking hands, and a look that tells a thousand stories.
The photo captures a moment of tiredness, but also the true essence of Pietro: dedication, patience, and a deep love for this land.
After the devastating bushfires in January, when our farm was affected and the fire took away so much of what we had built, Pietro stayed. Caring for every corner, rebuilding day after day, and protecting what nature has left behind while preparing the ground for what is yet to come.
The farm is not just a place. It is memories, sacrifice, family, and the promise of the future.
As the seasons change and life slowly begins to return, Pietro continues his quiet work: with respect for the land, for the animals, and for everything that eventually finds its way to our table.
Thank you, Pietro, for being the heart of our farm. 🌱

Some dishes can’t be rushed.
Our slow-cooked beef cheeks are braised for hours until they become impossibly tender, a celebration of patience, tradition, and the beauty of taking your time.
The kind of cooking that fills the room with the comforting aroma of home, inviting you in before you’ve even taken your seat.
Simple. Honest. Made to be shared. ♥️
