⚠️Food Recall⚠️Benedikt Imports Pty Ltd is recalling the various Elite branded confectionery products including Elite Chocolate, Elite Cakes, Elite Wafers, Energy Grain Snacks, Energy Chocolate Rice Cakes, Gum and Toffee Candies due to potential microbial (Salmonella) contamination.

All batches, best before, used by and made on dates are being recalled.

The products have been available for sale nationally at Coles, Woolworths, IGAs, 7/11, Independent Kosher stores and Milk bars.

Consumers should not eat these products. Any consumers concerned about their health should seek medical advice and should return products to the place of purchase for a full refund.

Very excited to announce the winners of the 2021 Sunset International Wine Awards

To have a wine receive a medal here is no small achievement. The 2021 Sunset International Wine Competition is considered to be one of the most respected, and has the honor and distinction of recognizing the best wines produced internationally. This contest drew top-level wines and hand-picked top-notch judges to determine which wines stood out and are worthy of recognition.

Wines were judged from a field of over 2900 entries. Only wines rating 90+ points were awarded Gold medals and were eligible to move on to the “Best Of” Category. When a wine is awarded Best of Class and makes it to the Sweepstakes Round, it means all the judges on the panel unanimously deemed it Gold-worthy!

Bartenura Hibiscus 🌺 Lemonade Sangria!

Ingredients:
2 cups water
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup dried hibiscus flowers
1/2 cup lemon juice fresh squeezed
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup hibiscus syurp
1 bottle chilled Bartenura Moscato
lemon slices for garnish

Method:
Add the water, sugar and dried flowers to a medium pot. Bring it to a boil and then turn it down and simmer over low heat for 10 mins or so, until it gets syrupy. Take it off the heat and let it cool completely.
Strain the dried flowers out and pour into a mason jar to store until you use it.

🍷 Sangria 🍷
Squeeze the lemon juice into a measuring cup and then pour it in the pitcher. Add the water and hibiscus syrup. Add the lemon slices and then pour in the Bartenura! Give it a good stir and serve over ice.
