Hey everyone,
Thank you for the overwhelming love and support over the last few days. Because so many of you reached out with genuine worry, I wanted to share what has happened.
This past week, my cousin Tony passed away at just 38 years old after a brutal fight with cancer. Watching this unfold has been incredibly hard, but even in his worst moments, Tony taught us how to be strong.
Tony left his positive mark everywhere. In fact, he did the entire fit-out here at OneWay. Moving forward, this shop stands as a permanent reminder of his talent, his strength, and his soul. Every time you walk through our doors, you are seeing his legacy.
Losing someone so young is a heavy reminder of how fragile life is. It has taught me to stay positive, to always choose kindness, and to deeply appreciate the small things. Time is short, health is a privilege, and all that truly matters is the impact we leave behind.
To honor Tony and stand together as a family:
Today: Closing early at 3:00 PM
Tomorrow: OneWay will be closed for his funeral.
Thank you for being such an incredible community. Hug your loved ones tight today.
Chris.

The early mornings. The prep. The cleaning. The baking. The teamwork.
What you see in the display cabinet is only half the story.
Behind every fresh pie, pastry, coffee and loaf of bread is a team working hard before most people even start their day. From preparing ingredients to keeping everything running smoothly, this is the side of One Way Bakery that doesn’t always make it onto camera.
The real work. The real people. The real passion behind every product.
Come experience the difference for yourself.

Slight hitch at home today, the garage door has officially given up on me! 🤦♂️ Because I always prefer supporting local and looking after the people who look after us, I wanted to shout out to our community first. Any of our regulars do garage door repairs or have a local business they highly recommend? Let me know in the comments or drop me a DM.
fully paid job, just want to give the work to someone local. Cheers!
