What a wonderful evening. 🍷 A big thank you to everyone who joined us for Saturday night's Winemaker's Dinner.
It was a pleasure to welcome the team from Eldorado Road, a family-run winery from the Beechworth foothills, and share some of their beautiful handcrafted wines with our guests.
From the fresh Dreamfields Fiano through to Chardonnay, Nero d'Avola, Durif, Shiraz and the delicious Eldorado Fortified Cross to finish, every wine was perfectly matched with a five-course menu created by our Head Chef Paul and the kitchen team.
The room was full, the conversations were flowing, and it was lovely to see so many locals enjoying a relaxed night out together.
Thank you to everyone who came along and helped make it such a special evening. And a special thanks to the Eldorado Road team!!!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for Saturday night's Winemaker's Dinner.
It was fantastic to welcome the team from Eldorado Road, the family-run boutique winery at the Beechworth foothills, and share their beautiful handcrafted wines with our guests! Starting strong with Dreamfields Fiano, delighting the crowd with Chardonnay, Nero d'Avalo, Durif, Shiraz, a bonus 'Mystery Wine' for a game of guess the grape - and finishing even stronger with the Eldorado Fortified Cross.
A big shout-out to our Head Chef Paul, and the kitchen crew for creating an incredible five-course menu, with each course thoughtfully paired to bring out the best in every wine.
Seeing our restaurant full of locals enjoying great food, beautiful wine and lively conversation is exactly what nights like these are all about.
Thanks to everyone who joined us, and to the Eldorado Road team for making the trip to Mentone. We loved having you. (and your wine!)
