For one night only, Biji Dining and Kolkata Social come together to explore the incredible diversity of India's regional food cultures, beyond the familiar.
This collaborative menu celebrates hyper-regional dishes, heirloom recipes, and the stories that have shaped them across generations. From the riverbanks to the hills, from the Ghats to the desert, we will be exploring the lesser-known culinary traditions from across the subcontinent, each course offers a glimpse into the flavours, techniques and ingredients that define a particular place and moment in time.

What people say
Biji Dining, located on Shoreham Road in Red Hill South, is a modern Indian inspired pop-up restaurant that celebrates beautiful seasonal and indigenous ingredients. The restaurant carefully forages its ingredients to promote better growth, and one of their absolute favourite foraged ingredients is Saltbush. They use saltbush to garnish their in-season pumpkin with house-made paneer and chickpea dish, which is simply delicious.
Their Aloo Kofta with coconut podi and chilli mayo is one of the snacks to start your meal, and it's definitely worth trying. Biji Dining has been booked out every weekend since they opened, so it's recommended to book at least one week in advance to avoid missing out on their amazing food.
Their Local Snapper with Keralan curry, pickled chilli, mustard oil and cucumber is a winter warmer that will make you feel cozy and satisfied. Biji Dining also offers an Indian menu for Saturday and Sunday dinners that are sure to impress any foodie.
To complement their dishes, Biji Dining offers an incredible wine selection like the new Red Fusion - Tempranillo, Shiraz and Pinot Noir blend that is simply blissful. Their Eggplant and Chickpea Bharta with grilled paneer, cinnamon myrtle is another must-try dish that will leave you wanting more.
Overall, Biji Dining offers a unique dining experience with exceptional food made from fresh ingredients that are carefully selected by the restaurant's team. It's no wonder why they have received so much support from the community since they opened their doors two months ago.
