Oh hey… this cafe is literally an Instagram feed come to life 📸
Today I’m at oheycafe in Coburg, VIC - where everything is big, bright, colourful and very J-Webby approved!
They put together this absolute monster platter and honestly, it almost looked too good to eat. Almost.
We kicked things off with a stacked burger and some fried chicken tacos, washed down with their ruby red juice. Then it was straight into the fried chicken and waffles, elite salty sweet combo.
Their signature house beef burger followed and about six minutes in I realised… this was a lot of food!!
Next up, chicken bao buns that went down dangerously fast, Turkish eggs, fries, eggs on toast variations and then the dish I was waiting for, freshly smoked beef brisket over potato hash. Worth every second.
Dessert to finish, French toast and the orange and ricotta hot cake to bring it home 🍰
33 minutes and 3 seconds later, platter was cleared.
This is definitely a MUST visit spot in Coburg! Thanks for having me oheycafe. Until we eat again 🍽️

Our Hot Cake is everything you didn’t know you needed 🍰✨
