Head towards Kings Way until you see the signs for St Kilda Road. Keep following those signs until you arrive at Commercial Road, turn left on this road and then turn right onto Chapel Street. Turn left onto High Street and then take another right onto Williams Road. Finally, turn right onto Winter Street where you will find parking spaces available on-street with some paid parking options as well.
