Our new Buffalo Chicken Special features a crispy chicken schnitzel dipped in house-made buffalo sauce, charred jalapeño ranch, lime slaw, and a blanket of crispy mozzarella melted directly onto the focaccia.
It’s saucy. It’s messy. It’s absolutely worth it.

Another huge shout out to every single one of you who braved the rain and stood in line for Baba’s Ivanhoe grand opening and giveaway. Seeing so many friendly faces turn up despite the weather made it all worth it and we’re hoping this weekend brings even more of you through the doors. See you again soon.

Ivanhoe, this is your final warning.
This Sunday the 17th, Baba’s Deli officially opens the doors and Baba wants to celebrate properly.
100 free focaccias for the first 100 people. Not 101. You heard Baba. 100.
But that’s not all. We’ve also got 100 free drinks from our friends at .au and 100 desserts from the legends .crumble

Honestly, we think that’s a pretty fair trade.

Welcome to Ivanhoe.
Baba’s is finally starting to feel real. The shelves are stocked, the fit out is almost there, the coffee machine is ready to fire up and the sandwiches are waiting. At this point all we’re really missing is you lot. Maybe a quick clean too…
We’re soft opening Friday, before a big weekend ahead. If you’re local, swing by and see what we’ve been building. And if you’re around Sunday, the first 100 through the door score a free focaccia, with a few extra surprises floating around too!!

Soft opening this Thursday.
A little warm up before the big one.
Before the 100 focaccias, 100 cans of .au and 100 desserts by .crumble fly out the door on Sunday the 17th, we’re easing into trade and opening the doors to Baba’s Deli Ivanhoe early.
If you’re local, come say hello. If you’re not, still come say hello.
Good coffee, stacked sandwiches, a new space we’re incredibly proud of and the start of something really exciting for us. We can’t wait to become part of the Ivanhoe community and show you what Baba 2.0 is all about.
