For public transport, you can take the train to Flinders Street Station and then take the tram towards High Street. Get off at the High Street stop and walk a few blocks to your destination.
If you prefer to drive, you can park your car at one of the nearby parking lots or street parking spaces along High Street. From there, it's just a short walk to reach your destination.
Alternatively, if you are using rideshare services like Uber or Lyft, simply drop off at High Street and walk towards your destination.
