A few weeks ago I had the absolute pleasure of baking a chocolate mud cake with chocolate ganache filling with fondant detail for my shoe loving Aunt's surprise 60th Birthday party.

The theme was black, white and pink...and I had to incorporate a shoe.

First time I made a sugar shoe.....wow it was an interesting process!

But last weekend a young lady I made a 13th Birthday cake for turned 21 and I got to make her a Sunflower inspired birthday cake!

Had the opportunity to do some fondant Masquerade Mask Toppers for a 50th Birthday cake a few weeks ago....so much fun to do and loved the colours!
