We've taken the Truffle Menu from 9 dishes to 11, adding two beautiful new creations to the line-up.
🦆 Truffle Duck Ragu Mafaldine
Slow-cooked confit duck, rosemary, chives, pecorino and fresh shaved black truffle.
🦞 Truffle Lobster Pasta
Fresh mafaldine tossed with lobster, pipis, garlic, spring onion, truffle cream and tobiko, topped with generous black truffle.
