Supernova Coffee Company Supernova Coffee Company was a beloved coffee shop located at 1/701 Glenferrie Rd Hawthorn, which aimed to share their love of coffee with everyone. Despite its success and popularity, the restaurant permanently closed on March 12th, 2023 due to unsuccessful lease renewal negotiations with the landlord. However, the team remained optimistic about their next move and announced their relocation to a brand new venue on Little Collins Street in Melbourne later that year. The new café would feature a brand new menu but retain the same old team. The management expressed their gratitude for the support and patronage received over five years of trading and hoped customers would continue supporting local businesses.
