Butter takes centre stage for one night only.
Join us on Thursday 18 June for a six-course Italian wine dinner showcasing the craftsmanship of Del Bocia Butter and the wines of Viberti from Piedmont, Italy.
Led by Head Chef John Mu (formerly of Vue de monde), each course explores a different expression of butter, from whipped cultured butters and native herb butter to brown butter desserts, all paired with carefully selected Italian wines.
