As the sun sets tonight a flurry of bitter sweet adrenaline washes over me. I didn’t think it would. What a decade this baby provided! So many good times and so many hard times. But as I turn off the lights for the last time and remember all the great things we achieved here and some I didn’t, I’m also glad she’ll soon be full again as I hand her over. She won’t be Roquette ever again but the new guys will hopefully bring you something great in return! Good luck guys I hope she brings you many years of success 🥂

Unfortunately although we planned to reopen tomorrow two of our staff are awaiting testing and results. We’ll keep you updated when we can reopen. All reservations are cancelled until further notice.

Breakfast never looked so good on Dench English muffins and house made hollandaise sauce. We have some new treats instore today vegan cranberry & chocolate cookies, raspberry & pear tea cake and chocolate & blackberry cake 🧁

Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond my control we are unable to open today for breakfast & lunch. Hopefully we’ll be open Wednesday next week.

Australian restaurants are known for their delicious food and warm hospitality. Roquette Bar and Grill, located on O'shanassy Street in Sunbury, was a shining example of this. Although it is now permanently closed, it provided a decade of great memories for its patrons.
One of the standout dishes at Roquette was their breakfast menu, featuring Dench English muffins and house-made hollandaise sauce. They also offered vegan cranberry and chocolate cookies, raspberry and pear tea cake, and chocolate and blackberry cake as sweet treats.
Their gnocchi with creamy mushroom garlic sauce and slow-cooked lamb shoulder were also highly recommended by customers. The staff at Roquette were always friendly and welcoming, making diners feel right at home.
Although Roquette may be gone, we can only hope that the new owners will bring something equally as great to the Sunbury community. We wish them all the best in their future endeavors!
