Coffee and an egg and bacon roll... name a better workplace breakfast duo.
Our egg and bacon rolls are made with free range eggs, free range bacon and fresh milk buns made by a pastry chef.
Oh and the sauce...? We put all the classics out so guests can choose their own; HP Sauce, Heinz Smokey BBQ Sauce and Heinz Tomato Sauce.
Paired with a barista-made coffee, it's the best way to start your day. Perfect for staff breakfasts, toolbox talks, warehouse mornings and early workplace events.

YES… get into that egg & bacon roll! 🤤
We recently rolled into Brooklyn to serve up breakfast for a hardworking team, with 100 egg & bacon rolls (plus veggie options), fresh fruit and, of course, plenty of coffee.

We've got some exciting news brewing (see what we did there 😉)
Introducing our very own Little Happy Hut coffee beans.
Over the past few months, we've quietly been serving our own custom blend, roasted right here in Melbourne. We didn't want to put our name on just any coffee. We wanted something we'd be genuinely proud to serve, whether you're grabbing a flat white at a community event or a long black at a corporate breakfast.
The Blend
She's rich, smooth and full-bodied, with notes of dark chocolate, toasted caramel and a beautifully rounded finish. Great with milk yet smooth enough to enjoy black without any bitterness.
We tasted, we tweaked and we drank a lot of coffee because if our name is on the bag, it has to taste like the coffee you've come to expect from Little Happy Hut.
We think we've nailed it!

Making great coffee isn't just about the beans. Or the machine. Or even the barista.
It's about the milk too.
Getting milk right is an art form. Too hot and it loses its sweetness. Too much air and it becomes a bubbly mess. Too little and your coffee falls flat.
What you're aiming for is silky, velvety microfoam that blends perfectly with the espresso and gives you that smooth, creamy mouthfeel in every sip.
Honestly, frothing milk should probably come with its own university degree.
