Tally Kitchen is a popular burger restaurant and coffee shop located on Ingles Street in Yarraville. The owners, Michael and Terry, closed their doors after 7 and a half years in Port Melbourne/South Melbourne, but have reopened in the new location to continue offering their signature burgers and new concepts. They are currently open for pick-up and takeaway from Monday to Friday between 10am-1:30pm. Come experience their authentic brand at Tally Kitchen!

Hey everyone, until we achieve our restaurant fit out results. We will be open for pick up, takeaway on the platforms or via phone In the new Yarraville shop. From 10 am to 130 Monday to Friday. This is so we keep our regular customers happy😂😂

Today we close our doors after 7 1/2 years in Port Melbourne/South Melbourne. Michael and Terry would like to personally thank everyone that has supported them since the very beginning. Many amazing, critical events that have happened in their lives have happened during this time, and they will never be forgotten. The time has come for them to have some fun, and to really enjoy the moments. This exciting new adventure aligns more to their personal identities, giving a more authentic brand and feel. Our new burger lounge and cafe means that we are not saying goodbye to Tally. We will have our staples on the table and some great new concepts. We will be opening (reopening) our ⚡️sliding door in March, in Yarraville. Looking forward to seeing you again in the shop. You will miss out on all the fun if you shop on one of those awful delivery platforms 😂😂

We got our car back. Looks like she went away and had a bit of surgery, and ran out of money. I’m guessing they ran out of spray cans and couldn’t break into a supercheap auto? Not sure. The police found it in somebody’s backyard. Thank you for the tip off whoever you are.

Immediate start for our Port Melbourne location and option of working across both sites.

Experience cooking in a commercial kitchen environment.
Experience and understanding of regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment as required.
High level of verbal communication skills

Preparing, seasoning, cooking and plating dishes to our recipes in a timely manner.
Maintaining records of stock levels and placing orders as required.
Maintaining a work station that is clean & hygienic whilst adhering to all relevant food and safety guidelines.

We Just wanted to thank everyone for their patience the last couple of days. Like most food businesses of our nature, we have been cruising along with not a great deal of customers coming into work and then BOOM! all of a sudden there’s people everywhere 😬. Unfortunately we have no forecasting ability around when people are returning to work, and we do get as frustrated as you. We are doing our very best to get the support we need. Thanks again

To get to Ingles Street in Melbourne, you can take the train to East Richmond Station and walk for approximately 10 minutes. Alternatively, you can take the tram and alight at Church Street/Bridge Road Stop and walk for around 7 minutes.

If driving, from the city center, head south on Swan Street and turn right onto Church Street. Continue straight and then turn left onto Bridge Road. Turn right onto Ingles Street and find parking in one of the nearby public car parks or street parking spots (please note that some parking may be restricted during peak hours).
