Our boerewors cheese burger has been popping off at recent events, best be sure youโll see this on the menu more often as weโre rotating off our classic boerie roll.
Weโre keeping this pretty simple yet tasty af!
Boerewors by
House masala aioli
Peach chutney
Smokey cheese
Pickles to contrast the sweetness of chutney and cut through the cheese
Grilled brioche bun
We donโt go too heavy on the sauces cos if we did itโd be hiding the boerewors flavour which is pointless af in our opinion.
This weekends menu items:
Lamb bunny chow
Boerewors cheese burger
Peri peri chicken mini rotis - Saturday
Sweet n sour curried fish mini rotis - Sunday
Potato samoosas
Cape Town doughnuts .doughnuts
๐ all weekend, details in bio

Karoo Bar ๐ฃ
During lockdown we came across an opportunity to take on and build a mobile bar in order to keep showcasing South African craft beverages.
It was a a great side project to have in addition to our food truck and with the help of a $240 20amp electric welder thanks to Dick Smith and being the handy South Africans we are - we relished the experience!
Karoo Bar catered for birthdays and weddings as well as a dry hire facility. Our Karoo Bar social media account unfortunately got hacked early last year so if anyone is still following if please feel free to unfollow as we couldnโt reclaim it.
As we focused on our food truck we decided to sell Karoo Bar and with good fortune to owned by a wonderful South African couple who operate in the north west Victoria region. We were stoked that our work (and neon sign) went to the right hands.
If anyone is thinking about doing a road trip out that way, they have guest accommodation on site too!
Thanks again to for looking after it! ๐ฟ๐ฆ
