Celebrate Truffle Season with us! 🌳
Join us for a deliciously decadent winter dining experience with renowned truffle growers Jane and Tony Groves of Flinders Truffles | Black Perigord Truffles | VIC, where you’ll get to learn about and savour one of the world’s most prized ingredients.
Flinders Truffles, situated in the Mornington Peninsula, is celebrated for their premium cultivation of black truffle. For one night, guests will be treated to a luxurious five-course Japanese-inspired menu infused with the distinctive, earthy and aromatic flavours of this freshly harvested winter delicacy – think seaweed and truffle-cured snapper; miso-roasted fish and truffle soup; udon carbonara with slow-cooked pork, egg, pecorino, and truffle; chargrilled venison with red wine glaze and truffle and wild mushroom rice; and a lush chestnut, truffle and Japanese whisky creme puff.
Nick Dodds, wine connoisseur and your host for the evening, will also be there to top up your glass and guide you through the wine pairing for each course – expect a thoughtful selection of vibrant mature and benchmark Australian and Italian wines throughout the night.

It’s the King’s Birthday on Monday, 8 June, and you know what that means: a three-day weekend – hip-hip, hooray! 🎉
Excellent timing, too, as winter encourages us to slow down, recharge and nourish ourselves. Cue: gentle mornings, catch ups with friends, and passing the spatula to someone else (hint: it’s us 😉)

Autumn Wine Dinner, Friday 29th May – SOLD OUT 🍷🍁✨
After much demand, it’s here – tonight, we’re hosting our first Wine Dinner for 2026!
Paying homage to the magic of Autumn, this evening will embrace the season’s finest flavours with a delicious four-course menu – think freshly-shucked oysters; melt-in-your-mouth osso buco; radicchio, fennel and cabbage autumn salad; and rich cured meats and cheeses – paired with an equally divine selection of Australian and Italian wines (swipe to see the line up 🍇)
Joining us are wine extraordinaires Nick Dodds .co and Ash Ratcliff . Alongside delving into the intricacies of each wine, they’ll discuss how modern winemakers are adapting in the face of climate change, the return of old-world varietals, and how new practices are guiding the future of Australian wine.
It’s set to be a fabulous night – and it certainly won’t be our last!
