Our final day of trade will be 27 July 2025.
This decision hasn’t been easy. The season is shifting, and it’s time.
We’ve poured our hearts into this place, and we’re so proud of what we’ve built with you.

In the archives of the old flavour memory scrolls, she uncovered a legend…
A Guardian from before even the first fruit or tea.
A being tied to the very first essence.
She sent Bella to find him and deep in the 9th dimension of the Scoopyverse, Soo stirred.
Now awakened, he returns with the power of the First Pour:
A Hokkaido Brown Butter Milk bingsu.
🥄 Original build includes:
Leche flan, milk mochi, coconut jelly, and a milk wafer stick.
Finished with whipped cream and condensed milk.

Tasked with protecting joy and flavour, Sonny is leading this year’s Festival of Dreams. With help from Bella, Tara and Miku, we’ll journey through new flavours, unfolding stories, and maybe even the return of a few old favourites. 👀

To reach Guildford Lane in Melbourne, you can take the train and get off at Melbourne Central Station, which is the closest station to the area. From there, it is a short walk to Guildford Lane.
If you prefer to drive, there are several car parks nearby where you can park your car for a fee. The closest one is located on Little Lonsdale Street.
Once you are on Guildford Lane, keep an eye out for the dessert shop and Korean restaurant as well as the dessert restaurant. They are located towards the end of the lane and are easily recognizable by their unique signage.
