To our fantastic community -
We’re excited to be reopening from 7am tomorrow. We’ve missed seeing you all these last few weeks and are excited to get back. For the time being, we’ll remain as takeaway with a selection of sandwiches, baked goods and beverages available. We ask that you remain patient and treat our staff and each other kindly. To our lovely community - a quick update from us.

On Tuesday night we were notified that an employee had tested positive for COVID-19. This employee was on site on Saturday 9 October.

While we are yet to be contacted by DHHS, we have taken it upon ourselves to put our COVID safe action plan in place. Our cafe has undergone deep cleaning, and all staff have been tested and returned a negative result. They will remain in isolation for the 14 day period. Unfortunately, as we are a small team, this means we will need to remain closed until the 14 day period ends.

We are still awaiting clarification from DHHS as to which tier we would fall under. In the mean time, if you were at our cafe on the above day, we urge you to get tested.

Thank you for all the message of support and well wishes! We can’t wait to be back open and see all your friendly faces again soon. In the meantime, if you can get vaxxed - do!

we’re making a temporary change to Sundays starting from this week. our kitchen will operate Monday through to Saturday only, and closed on Sundays.
this means we’ll still be open Sundays, so you can still enjoy your favourite coffee, but we’ll have a limited food offering.
we’re sorry for any inconvenience, and look forward to seeing you at the faculty soon!

For those using public transport, take the train to Auburn Station and then catch the number 624 bus towards Kew. Get off at the Barkers Rd/Marie St stop and walk a few minutes down Barkers Road to reach the coffee shop.
