At Araliya Kew, we believe the finest ingredients require the most patient techniques. Our Jaggery Beef begins with premium Wagyu (MBS8+), slow-braised until it reaches a state of literal melting tenderness.
The depth comes from a reduction of rich beef jus infused with jaggery, Sri Lanka’s traditional unrefined cane sugar and a warm, grounding blend of cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves. It is a dish where the sweetness of the island meets the luxury of the Victorian pasture.
