Brunswick’s Bluebonnet Barbecue is seeking a Floor Supervisor for a full or part time role.
Bluebonnet BBQ brings Texas style smoked meat, craft beer and American whisky to Lygon Street, East Brunswick.
We are currently curating individuals with a high standard of customer service who can deliver above satisfactory results to our valued clientele. Our dining experience is casual in style, but our success is in part due to our ability to make customers feel at ease with our efficieny, extensive prodict knowledge, and, above all, friendliness.
Being a part of Bluebonnet BBQ means being able to take good care of an assigned dining section, while also helping out others in the team, be it running food and beverages or answering queries. You will be confident and informative, and be able to guide guests in the right diretion in order to achieve the best possible experience for them.
While Bluebonnet is a fast paced and exciting venue, we are also a supportive one. We provide full on site training and menu tasting to ensure you understand the complete ins and outs of our restaurant. Being a smaller, independent venue means our managers and supervisors are always available to answer questions and lend a helping hand. Each night we offer hearty staff meals and make sure healthy break periods are alloted. We also offer comfortable working schedules, with no ealry starts or late finishes.
