At Cōchin (pronounced co-shin), we create fresh Vietnamese food that draws on the significant influence of the French who colonised in the southern part of Vietnam in the 1800’s.

Our menu consists of tapas-style shared plates featuring dishes such as the beautiful duck a l’orange, tender chateaubriand, coconut crème caramel, & pear tart tatin.

The drinks menu is wide & varied with specially designed cocktails, the usual suspects in spirits, & a comprehensive wine list focusing on French varietal wines.

The restaurant, located at the Paris end of Swan Street Richmond, is a casual but slick 60 seat/100 stand up venue with dark timbers, earthy interiors & contemporary lighting, a wine bar, & an outdoor seating area under cover.
