About the role

Training & Development of team members in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures and policies.
Ensuring that the restaurant is kept clean and well maintained.
Focusing on food quality and excellent customer service.
Compliance with Opening and Closing procedures including daily banking and cash management.
Rostering, timesheets & staffing allocations
Adherence to the business financial model including wages, COGS etc.
About you

Prior experience a managerial role within hospitality industry
A polished professional personal presentation
Proficiency in the full Microsoft office suite
Multi-tasking and comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Have full Australia working rights
