It's your last chance to try our December Whisky of the Month, The Balvenie 14-Year-Old Caribbean Cask!

Enjoy on its own or as 'The Rum is Gone' Boilermaker, served with Blackman's Brewing Pine Lime Splice Sour.

The Balvenie Caribbean Cask was created by The Balvenie Malt Master, David Stewart, who celebrated an incredible 50th anniversary at the distillery in 2012. Fourteen years of maturation in traditional oak casks & finished in Caribbean rum casks, this whisky is rounded with vanilla, toffee, nutmeg and sweet oak notes, with a fruity character that develops with time.

'Hey Sweet Pea' is a vibrant and refreshing gin sour with a twist of hops and sugar snap pea infused into Ambrato vermouth to give the cocktail a vegetal and subtly bitter finish.
